Michael J. Teitelbaum

is an attorney located in Beachwood, Ohio and primarily focuses his practice of law in the areas of Medicaid planning, elder law, business and real estate transactions and estate planning. Mr. Teitelbaum works with clients desiring to start a new business, grow their existing business, plan for the orderly succession and distribution of business and family assets, and to maximize the preservation and protection of assets.

Before establishing his own practice, Mr. Teitelbaum worked for 10 years for two Cleveland area law firms practicing business law, real estate law and estate planning. In 1997, Mr. Teitelbaum established his current law practice to provide quality, cost effective legal services to individuals and small, closely held businesses with respect to their personal, family and business matters. He continues to represent those individuals, businesses and now succeeding generations in such matters.

Mr. Teitelbaum received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University in 1983 and a Juris Doctor from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1987. He has been involved in several local charities, was on the Board of Directors of United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cleveland for 6 years, and served for almost 20 years as a part-time firefighter for the City of Beachwood.
